Ho Chi Minh City
Ho Chi Minh City (Formerly Saigon) is another recommended stop for Vietnam tourism. Try the Binh Quoi Tourist Area, a large park-like area along the banks of the Saigon River. Historical sites in Ho Chi Minh City include; Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Museum of Vietnamese History, and Ho-Chi-Minh Museum.
Vung Tau, 125 km from Ho Chi Minh City, is the best place to get away from the city life. Here you have amazing scenery to enjoy. The main attractions here are the beaches which are in close proximity to Saigon, and the temples, pagodas and the huge Tran Quoc Tuan statue.
Phan Thiet is the right place for those of you seeking interaction and adventure. While visiting Vietnam being here is a must to experience the ideal Vietnamese life.
